Great work!!

I have managed to not get too bothered (but still a bit annoyed!) if I don’t make it a complete week but there is something quite nice about leaving my watch off when I’m having a lazy Sunday!

Have you thought about other forms of exercise? I’m doing Pedal for Scotland this year (again), but going to the gym which is all NON-CARDIO has been great for me, might be an option (and the gym is pretty handy and it’s a good bunch of people… ohh and me…)
